Yale makes lots of IC or Internal Combustion forklifts as part of their fleet. These forklifts are engineered according to their specific specifications so that these machinery could perform numerous jobs in a wide range of industries. These trucks use Yale in-line, GM engines in 2.4L and 4.3L capacities and 4 cylinder Mazda engines, either 2.0 or 2.2L units. These engines are really effective, durable and very strong. They have been proven for both dependability and performance.
Yale's innovative engineering and design have produced Hi-Vis Masts. These masts have quickly gained a reputation for being very well built while also providing unsurpassed visibility. All parts are manufactured to provide long-life, low-maintenance capabilities and excellent performance.
The pneumatic I.C.E. Lift Trucks produced by Yale are made and designed to work in some of the harshest environments and most challenging industries. For instance, the Yale GP-VX Series features rugged 6 cylinder and 4 cylinder Cummins, GM, Yanmar and Mazda engines, available in Diesel, LPG and gasoline models. These specific engines are application proven for providing awesome overall performance and reliability.
Yale's Techtronix is a different superior product which electronically controls the transmission to give improved durability and performance. Yale Hi-Vis mast features innovative engineering and design, solid construction and superior visibility. Every component is manufactured to offer extended, low-maintenance life while providing exceptional performance.
Narrow Aisle Critical Components Reach Assembly & Carriage
In a shift, both the carriage and the reach assemble parts on a narrow aisle truck undergo an incredible amount of stress. The high durability of these parts is totally needed in order to make certain that the truck maintains high productivity levels. Yale reach mechanisms are particularly made using heavy-duty parts in order to extend total durability and long life of the components. For more durability, at the end of the stroke, the reach assembly is cushioned. This design feature helps to provide exceptional durability and maintain operator ergonomics. Excellent visibility is maintained by the open carriage design which offers optimal house routing.
Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
The Reach Assembly Rear Carrier is mounted on angled load rollers in order to force durability and rigidity by resisting side to side forces. The inner frame assembly offers a stronger inner frame. This design is made to withstand shocks and vibration in load handling. There are many thick inner frame side weldments specially made for added durability.
